Password Reset Form

Tips:

• Please DO NOT repeatedly press submit as this will reset your password to a different randomly generated password each and every time you press submit thereby causing problems if the emails arrive in your inbox out of order.
  
  
• If your email address matches one in our database, a new password is generated and an email notifying you of this change is sent immediately. However, due to propagation delays on the Internet and processing delays at your mail server, it MAY take up to 15 minutes to arrive.
  
  
• If you have not received the email after 15 minutes, please double check to make sure that it is not in your SPAM or BULK MAIL folder.
  
  
• If you have contacted support for assistance with your account, PLEASE DO NOT attempt further automatic resets as this will only add to the confusion.
  
  
• We make an effort to respond to all support inquiries within 24-48 hours. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours, we probably did not receive your message, or were otherwise unable to reply. The most common reason we would be unable to reply is if your message to us does not contain a valid return email address.
  
  
• If you have tried using this automatic password recovery and are still unable to login, please contact administrator@lsea.org. If possible, please include LSEA at the beginning of the subject line so that we can easily identify your message. You MUST include both your first and last name so that we can lookup your account.
  
  
• Attention AOL Users: Due to a problem beyond our control, AOL MAY NOT BE DELIVERING the emails our server attempts to send to you. If you do not receive the message within 15 minutes, please email us at administrator@lsea.org for assistance.
